According to this lawsuit and newspaper article this pharmacist refused to acquire non-FDA approved drug for lethal injection and was fired. Of course, there is always three sides to every story…. yours…. mine…… and the truth…. interested to see out this comes out… that is … if it isn’t settled with a confidentially agreement attached
