New – pharmacist only – orphan drug available soon !

Will a Pharmacist’s “moral compass” prevent them from taking this ? Restricted distribution – thru Independent Pharmacists stores only… all major chains refuse to stock ! Non covered drug  by all insurance …. considered a “cosmetic drug”

Word on the street !

Rumor has it.. that the large chain pharmacy/PBM… has removed controlled Rxs from the weekly Rx count to be met… so that RPH’s can feel free to decline any/all control Rxs without -supposedly – impacting any of their metrics.. Sure would make life easier for opiophobic RPH’s !
