York man suspended from practicing pharmacy http://www.ydr.com/local/ci_27144583/york-man-suspended-from-practicing-pharmacy The state Board of Pharmacy said Matthew Crouse is unable to practice due to a physical or mental disease disability. He was indefinitely suspended for no less than three years retroactive to Feb. 19, 2013, according to a news release.
