Everyone has a brain… not everyone is willing to use it ?

Some lawmakers are concerned that the science isn’t there yet to prove cannabis oil really works. Others have reservations about passing something that Congress still deems illegal. I am concerned that some people that have brains.. there isn’t any real proof that there is any intelligence there 🙁
