All of these lawsuits seem somewhat similar to the Tobacco Lawsuit… with ONE MAJOR EXCEPTION… the Tobacco lawsuit was solely against the manufacturers.  With the opiate crisis lawsuit… they are suing the manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers…  why weren’t they including in these lawsuits – all the prescribers who wrote these prescriptions and all the Pharmacists that […]
