First of all … I have been asked by the law firm that is doing the whistle blower lawsuit in PA.. that I stop referring to them generically.. so here is their website

This firm besides working on this huge whistle blower lawsuit.. has been able to act as a referral source for other Rph’s with work place issues…. it doesn’t matter which state you are in… they are based on the east coast and I know that they have helped RPH’s across the country and including the west coast.

Feel free to contact them directly…. the number of Rph’s that they talked to.. is in the multiple of dozens… and the rate at which I receive emails about the distressing work environment and the Senior RPH’s that are getting targeted …. that number is growing at a very disturbing rate.  Of course, graduation and all that newly licensed “fresh meat” is just around the corner.

I got a very disturbing email from a RPH last night… that works for one of the major chains,  this RPH has not given me permission to release any details… YET .. but.. in the 1.5 yrs that I have been involved as National Public Relations Director for The Pharmacy Alliance… it is probably the most emotionally sickening one that has come my way.. The wheels have already been put in place to get this RPH some legal help.

Employees – especially professional employees – should not have to put up with or endure a form of bullying… and in this particular case – it is my opinion that there is obvious sexual harassment , and potentially some slander and liable involved. If what was put in this email is true…. This chain and/or its managers/management as sunk to a new low..

Law of probability is in play.. there has got to be dozen of other RPH’s… in same or similar situations

That being said, I am always available to “talk”…

SO…. stand up straight… call the law firm… look that bully of an employer you work for in the “eye” and tell them that.. PAYBACKS ARE HELL !!
