Back in July I wrote about a former RPH/PIC at CVS that had filed a whistle blower lawsuit against CVS

It would seem that CVS’s answer to the lawsuit is due by end of business on FRIDAY (09/20/2013)
What can we expect ?… my money is on CVS denying any wrong doing and asking for a summary dismissal… FAT CHANCE that the judge will grant that… and then within a week or so.. all the attorneys & Judge will have to agree on a timetable for the trial to begin.
Stay tune… hope to provide a blow by blow as the trial progresses !

I would love to see some gigantic fines and full disclosure of the problems and unethical practices of corporate pharmacy. I wouldn’t blame you for taking 7 figures and retiring in style though.
@wrong aid….I’ll never set foot in a CVS again that’s for sure….I’ve said it many times full disclosure for me. This isn’t just my story it’s our story! Through forums like Steve’s and Jp’s I’ve had the pleasure of communicating with so many and feel blessed and thankful. I have much to say, however for now this is about all I can say….

This will be a very…very interesting case. I hope the whistleblower suit costs CVS big time.
I’m betting on a settlement with non-disclosure terms and an RPh that never has to set foot in a pharmacy again.
@Wrong Aid… IMO.. there is a very very small chance of whistle blower settling… he is in for the duration and wants to see a VERDICT !
