38 and 1/2 Septra DS tablets to a 16 year old patient. The article asks the pharmacist what did he think would have happened if he or a technician had physically counted or checked 38 and 1/2 tablets. The pharmacist believes that either he or the technician would have said this is not right. But the order verified by the physician and pharmacist and filled by a robot and 38 and 1/2 tablets given to the child.
