American Kratom Association not taking rescheduling lightly

   Thank you so very much pharmacist Steve for posting this letter from the law firm.To the best of my understanding even before reading this letter,the DEA was in violation of numerous regulatory procedures.The center for regulatory effectiveness also made this very clear in a letter they also sent to DEA.I can only add from personal experience after using KRATOM for a little over 3 years now,that it is safe and very effective for both pain and the resultant depression that chronic pain conditions contribute to.I am 63 years old,use KRATOM responsibly and have never had an adverse reaction.Myself,and millions like me,would have been left to suffer had this ban occurred.This desire to ban was based on misinformation and hysteria that hopefully the DEA is now able to discern as having been an unwarranted action.My thanks to the American KRATOM association,the botanical education alliance,the senators and congressmen,and all others who have helped to keep this safe herb legal.
   I do not see how in light of all the efforts to correct the misinfo.,that DEA would still desire to restrict this natural herb and deny millions,the majority,legal access to a medicinal safe herbal product.It is my hope that they will take into consideration in the days ahead the testimonials of the many who benefit,and the research of the many credible scientific researchers who can attest to the safety of this beautiful gift of nature.There is ample evidence from credible medical professionals who have examined this herb,and declared it medicinal,non-addictive,and beneficial to those in chronic pain,and the many veterans who find it helpful to ease PTSD as well as depression and anxiety.To make this gift a crime,would be a crime.

     the dea still rescheduled all our medicines based upon lies,,propaganda and over 40,000 letters total from humanbeings whom use opiate MEDICINE properly,,i doubt they care, they did not care about us at all,,i hope they listen to all of u whom have found relief from kratom,,,but judgeing from the dea abuse of ”just power”,,,they will be like a snake in the grass,,,wait for things to calm down a bit,,then sneak it in thee agricultural bill,,the dea is corrupt,,they arrest innocent people every minute of the day,,that is what a corrupted government does,,,they use our tax dollars for their own personal gain,,ie employment,,,jmo,,,after seeing Mr.Steves other post,,,i am all for ,”medical freedom,” the rite to choose as adults in a free society,,the rite to choose what works for each individual adult human being,,,,be it marijuana,opiates,,or kratom,,,it would be perfect if ALLL NATURAL PLANTS,, were 1000 % legal,,,only the synthetically made drugs remain illegal,,jmo,,mary
