CVS edges Walgreens in consumer choice study
From the article :
The study also provided insight into why consumers choose certain pharmacies. CVS shoppers (68%) were most concerned with quality; Wal-Mart shoppers (58%) were focused on cost. Walgreens pharmacy customers cited speed of filling prescriptions and convenient locations as their priorities, while Rite Aid customers identified price as their most important factor in choosing a pharmacy.
People concerned with quality.. choose CVS ?
Of course Walgreens has convenient location.. they have a store on the corner of ever major intersection. !
I would bet that there were damn few chronic pain pts included in this survey.. The ones that I talk to, are not happy with any of the “Big Boys”
