  1. My Neurologist gave me a Medical Marijuana card/script, trying to help me bridge the gap in my dwindling oxycodone prescription…. While I appreciate it, I DO NOT RESPOND WELL TO THIS “LEGAL MARIJUANA…”, nor can I afford it. It is $5. Per capsule, gives me heart palpitations, and triggers my already OVERLY sensitive SENSORY system! I HATE IT! IT is NOT a viable substitute for me, and it seems a cruel joke that they are allowing people to “get high”, the very thing they supposedly are wanting to stop, when, I DON’T WANT TO GET HIGH!!!! I WANT PAIN RELIEF which my oxy medication does extremely well! I’m totally functional and clear… Marijuana? I’m stuck on my couch anxiously waiting for this endless stress/anxiety/paranoia, with with my body still has pain, to go away so that I can get out of the house and drive! Otherwise I’m a damn vegetable… can’t think, can’t drive… it’s disgusting. …

    • Same for me, I have tried it in desperation and don’t like it at all. I tried the indica, because that is suppose to be relaxing etc. It fires up all my nerves and my pain is radically escalated. Then, I just try to ride it out until it is over. Hate it for my pain although my husband uses it for his and it works. I don’t like to get “high”, that is why I don’t drink etc. Just looking for some pain relief. No one gets it when I say it makes my pain worse. Tried just CBD so I wouldn’t “feel” it but can’t say that helps me either. Hope they don’t think this is the answer to everything.
