Fired pharmacist sues Wal-Mart over job policy

Could it be that Wal Mart hired this recovered/impaired RPH.. when there was a shortage and when the shortage became a surplus.. changed their corporate policy to eliminate such employees?

Will the ADA law prevail ? Is this another example of corporate bullying ?
