Bauder’s pharmacist indicted on 16 federal charges

State regulators raided the store in May 2012 after an informant reported that Graziano had been selling large bottles of hydrocodone pills out the pharmacy’s back door. Graziano has steadfastly denied wrongdoing, but the Iowa Board of Pharmacy voted last April to revoke his pharmacist’s license and to revoke the store’s permit to sell narcotic painkillers and other addictive medications.
Maybe the IOWA BOP is a bit more “nasty” than other BOP’s.. because the penalties involved on WAGS and CVS .. I must have missed it.. stores’ permits revoked.. Pharmacist’s license revoke.. OH!, I forgot.. this was a independent pharmacy/Pharmacist.. and you can’t put a CORPORATION in jail.. and it would probably take too much of the BOP”s resources to figure out who was behind, involved, responsible for missing opiates at a chain.. What was I thinking ?
