Ones may not realize, but denied medical or treatments when on Medicaid and Medicare, is the state also violating Title 3 ADa, putting one at risk for nursing homes and institutions. There are numerous ADA, Supreme court level decisions in Florida, of these Title 2 ADA violations, and Is Osmeat Act violation. To be heard, is all in the legal jargon/ phrasing. Noone violating, nor the state, will inform you of this; for if you do not say these violations and ask for it remedied, then it is not considered a violation or as much. My wife has a State Hearing with Florida now.
