Of course, only a minority of the BOP’s require med error/incident reports to be forwarded to the BOP… and only then when the med error/incident is significant .. and the permit holder is the
one who decides if the med error/incident is significant…
You can come to your own conclusion about how involved the BOP’s are in reducing pt harm/deaths…
