Court win in girl’s lung transplant case
From the article:
A federal court judge has granted a temporary order that will allow 10-year-old Sarah Murnaghan, who is dying from cystic fibrosis and desperately needs new lungs, to join an adult organ transplant list.
It was recently reported that only 3% of Medicare Part B claims that are denied.. are appealed… but those that are appealed.. around 50% WIN THEIR APPEAL…
It would seem that NOTHING IN MEDICAL CARE COVERAGE is written in stone.. if the person only goes thru the appeal process.
