I want everyone to know exactly what our Drs are going through, and why so many are scared to prescribe pain meds

   I’ve said it before, & am probably just a bitter old grouch, but if the frigging doctors & the AMA who are so keen to help pain patients had stood up on their hind legs back when the CDC & the addiction specialists were just starting their propaganda campaign, neither they nor millions of us would be suffering. They might get frightened, threatened, or (horribly) go to jail. But we are literally being deliberately tortured & dying.

     I believe doctors were complacent to DEA and CDC new strict regulations because of the extra income opportunities afforded to them.
     Monthly, or more, appointments for stable patients when two or three annual is plenty safe.
     “Multimodal”, means all hungry providers get a bite of the carcass…
     “Interventional”, means poking and prodding at $60,000.00 a poke..
     “Psycho social, wellness, community interests in your private medicine cabinet, meetings, conferences at Disney world paid with tax dollars…it goes on and on. Are you in?
     The patient in pain is just a nuisance to an otherwise good deal.

     I’ll try to work on my attitude. I know I wasn’t born this way. Thanks
