So NO problems since she was 15 years old, and suddenly today her name is mud.
17 years old…
I’m a nurse & our company switched to express Scripts this year. They are horrible! Due 2 the opioid crisis, my husband’s pain medication has been drastically cut back due to our doctors fear of the DEA & CDC Guidelines of 2016. Our Dr ordered some Lidocaine patches which actually do help. Express Scripts denied our prescription & stated that the Dr filled out the prescription or form wrong. They stated for (reason) the Dr marked “Other” & they only cover when marked for “Low Back Pain”. I called the Dr office & let them know. Then my husband had an appointment…..anyway spoke with the Dr office 3 times & express scripts 3 times & have never gotten the patches. Instead they cover the cream/ointment which is very sticky & doesn’t provide the same relief. Worth noting b4 our company changed to this company these patches were always covered. Between my job benefit & my own $ we pay $1,000/month for our insurance. It’s ludicrous. If the Dr says you need something. It flat out should be coveted. I’m NOT impressed with express scripts. Wish I didn’t have to ever deal with them again!!!
