This showed up as a post on a FACE BOOK page with AM… yesterday I posted about two other suicides that has come to light. Doctors are being charged/convicted of MURDER if one/more of their pts take a overdose of drugs and die.. It seems that no one ever questions if the death is a SUICIDE.. just closed as a “opiate related death”. IMO.. it is time for complaints are filed with the Medical Licensing Boards, Pharmacy Boards and any other entity that has oversight over those healthcare professionals that DRIVE PTS TO SUICIDE. or creating a silly-ass parody using Adele’s song HELLO and the uproar from the chronic pain community got her fired. Chronic pain pts are committing suicide almost daily and the chronic pain community collectively DOES LITTLE/NOTHING.
The relatives of someone who dies from using/abusing Heroin .. they RALLY.. they protest… When a chronic pain pts dies.. how often have you heard the relatives state ” at least he/she is at peace and out of pain”
The DEA/CDC/FDA/DOJ and the entire Federal alphabet soup of agencies are going to steamroll forward with their agenda. Their agenda is growing their agency’s budget/size/power and job security for them. Those deaths from drug overdoses.. just emboldens their agenda.. Hell, they even count drug overdoses from OTC drugs to help them with their cause and they don’t track or divulge any of those deaths are actual suicides. Those that do commit suicide from untreated/unrelenting pain.. it is in their best interest for those to be not associated with denial of care and collateral damage of the war on drugs/pts.
It is with a broken heart that I am here this morning to tell you all that a very good friend of mine’s COUSIN “blew his head off” on Wednesday evening because he could not get his prescription filled and he could no longer stand the pain he was in. So here we are, ANOTHER SUICIDE because of this INHUMANE TREATMENT. And one that CANNOT be counted as a drug overdose as all of these sights like to report so many SUICIDES as. Between Mikey and I, this is #5 suicide within the past few weeks that “we” are aware of. How many more has there been? We don’t know but I’m SURE the number is higher. This INHUMANE TREATMENT has got to STOP NOW.

Steve you are right. Powerful post. I can’t think of anything to do but to get a group of people together and protest outside of the CDC. The aim is to get national news coverage from CNN since that is in their backyard. I can’t do it alone and I need other chronic pain patients to be mad as hell about the lives that are lost and make a sacrifice of one or two days and just go. This movement is completely disjointed and the organizations somehow seem not to want to work together to achieve this goal. Soper have to tie time the group of chronic pain patients got together and begins to plan this trip. I do agree that we need to start doing everybody involved in denying care to someone who commits suicide. Does anybody know the families of the life that has been lost? Can anybody reach out to them and encourage them to bring a lawsuit? If we can do those two things we can start to turn the tide.
