I received this today from a RPh’s that had sent his/her BOP a email questioning if the documentation in hand showed that their employer was violating the practice act.. Here is the email response received from the BOP..

If you feel that there has been a violation, you may file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General’s office:

They could not even devote the time to address the RPH by name in the email… and just said file a “consumer complaint” to the AG’s office.. this complaint is not a “consumer complaint” .. it is a employee/professional complaint.
I suspect that most AG’s offices are going to give practice act violations a low priority.. and I am sure that the chain store industry will not take advantage of this…
