“The moral test of a government is how it treats those who are at the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the aged; and those who are in the shadow of life, the sick and the needy, and the handicapped.” – Hubert Humphrey

When President Obama pushed his health care overhaul plan through Congress, he counted labor unions among his strongest supporters.
But some unions leaders have grown frustrated and angry about what they say are unexpected consequences of the new law — problems that they say could jeopardize the health benefits offered to millions of their members.
“It makes an untruth out of what the president said, that if you like your insurance, you could keep it,” said Joe Hansen, president of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. “That is not going to be true for millions of workers now.”
It would appear that the 2 K pages of Obamacare ( ACA) has already turned into 20+ K pages of regulations… and they are not even finished yet.
IMO.. by the time that Labor Day 2014 rolls around and the national election is on the short horizon… when 435 Representatives and 1/3 of the Senate will be up for election… Those people who believed the promises made about their healthcare and/or perceived what amount of healthcare they would be receiving is much different than the reality of what healthcare they are eligible for and/or what the out of pocket costs are really going to be…. those in Congress that voted for Obamacare… may find themselves with a whole bunch of unhappy constituents and will be “dancing” in trying to get re-elected..
