If I am not mistaken… evidence obtained without a warrant is considered “fruit of the poison tree” and it typically tossed out by the court. They often claim that no one is above the law… but.. apparently there is an exception of law enforcement themselves and the judicial system that has been put in place to guard against the constitution is being violation BY ANYONE

Geez,,,,just the 4th,,,I counted over 15 different Constitutional amendments,The complete violation of the natural laws that founded this country,,ie the Declaration of Independence,,,along w/international treaties…The Dea has been thrown out of several other countries by their governments for human rights violations’,,,but our government does shit,,nothing,,,The whole system is feeding itself and their pure glutens,,, they violated ever law,admendements etc every time they come after us,and our doctors,..As I senator stated,,,exactly ,who;” can reprimand the DEA legally if not the government ,thus tax payer who pay them,,,it is a rogue corrupt agency and should be shut-down forever,,,maryw
