Maybe Colorado is over utilizing their recreational MJ ?

CO SB 177. 04/09/2014 1:30 PM, Senate Judiciary Committee SCR 352

The bill establishes a definition for a “drug-endangered child” for purposes of cases of child abuse or neglect in the children’s code. Anyone taking (or even possessing) any controlled substance (e.g., for pain, ADHD, anxiety, sleep disturbance) when there is a child in the house has a “drug-endangered child”.

This is a bill in the Colorado Senate…  can you believe that the one of two states that has approved MJ for recreational use.. is putting this bill forward ?

And this is a state where the Speaker of the House of Representatives… refuses to put a Jessica’s Law up for a vote.

Jessica’s Law mandates long prison sentences for child rapist and child molesters.

This man above (Delbert Wallace Stiewart) raped a 13 year old girl for months – MONTHS. He received a two year prison sentence. Two years in prison for raping a young girl during a period of several months! How much are you willing to bet that this man is not with the general population in prison? Odds are that our tax dollars are paying for his private, safe cell in prison.

Does anybody but me.. see a contradiction in thought processes ?
