All of our technician are licensed and have completed courses through a local adult school program. Only one works a 40 hr week. Their pay is barely above minimum wage. Most fast food chains pay more. One quit this week to take a job as a “maintenance engineer” (read janitor). He will be paid $5.00 more per hour.
Yesterday, 3 techs at our busiest store called in sick…..hmmmmm
They are unhappy because they do the exact same job as someone who makes at least three times as much. Fascism at it’s finest.
