Another “Senior RPH”… that has been pushed out to pasture and ready to help everyone else to tell “the rest of the REAL STORY”
Maybe it is time to remind the executives making all of these decisions.. that they are screwing with BABY BOOMERS.. we have never taken anything lying down and turning the other cheek.. The trend is there.. E.E.O.C. lawsuits that Baby Boomers are WINNING… whistle blower lawsuits.. emerging number of ADA lawsuits…
We were forced to be dedicated… to keep that paycheck coming.. once that paycheck is gone.. all bets are off…

Jeraford51.. you are absolutely right. Customer service and patient care are not even on the list. Some new program with another cute little name is around the corner which has zero to do with the practice of pharmacy. CVS does all it can to demean, discourage, and demoralize anyone over 50. Please find an attorney who specializes in age discrimination cases and take the bums to court.
I so hope you can refile. Please try. I can say that CVS does discriminate.
I was fired three years ago by CVS on the eve of my 60th birthday. I filed a claim with EEOC but nothing has come from it. I was told that customer service was no longer most important and I was not on board with Corporate Iniatives.
