No money …no treatment for you…

As law enforcement and healthcare professionals pile on to the “save the addict” bandwagon with Naloxone… there appears to be a weak link in this program.. AND the addiction treatment programs appear to be focused on getting paid and making a profit. Pained lives matter .. only if they have good health insurance and or “deep pockets” ?

  1. I have been preaching for months about money controlling health are our country, not an oath to do no harm. We are supposed to be the most powerful and citizen loving union in the world but still more than 12.9 percent of Americans are still uninsured. The worst part about all this is that we set aside billions of dollarsonr defence spending, billions more on the war on drugs and we don’t even want to talk about the trillions we have spent and continue to spend on the current wars we are in. I just have one question.
IF THE GOVERNMENT CAN’T KEEP AMERICA HEALTHY, WHAT’S THE USE IN GOING TO WAR AND DEFENDING OUR COUNTRY?

Every one of us have our own political views.
We all have our own religious beliefs and or values.
Then there is freedom of speech, the press and the whole news media.
240 years ago some rather pissed off people took on the King of England for their freedom. Their freedom to live life as equal citizens and not under a regime of self-serving kings and lords who’s only interest was to keep the lowly colonists poor and dependant on their leadership and the lowly colonists won.
Then 154 years ago our country was split because a bunch of rich plantation owners thought it was every white man’s right who had means to own another human being for slave labor.
About 55 years ago the descendents of those once owned human beings fought yet again for their own human rights, again dividing our country, but once again right prevailed.
Next triggered the women’s rights movement that eventually was won by the women to receive equal work for equal pay.
Then the Disabled Americans Act guaranteed that people who suffer from disabilities will not be discriminated against.
Guess what? This vicious cycle is starting all over again. The kings and lords, (government and big business ) are collecting all the profits they can and not worrying about the well being of the lowly works who are making them all this money.
I really didn’t want to make this some sort of history lesson but I needed to make my point. It’s not about the citizens, it’s about how much money our government and big business executives can take from the little people.

Those of you who believe in God also believe in the 7 deadly sins, Greed is number 3 on the list and I truly hope that there is a hell so that every one of these bureaucratic IDIOTS will end up there.
