   Absolutely sickening! My dad was one of those “thieves” when he became a chronically-ill, completely disabled human whose hips were basically butchered by a surgeon in his mid-30’s. He was a hard-worker who took pride in taking care of his family. He was kicked off insurance (God forbid that he became ill and actually needed to use it), then discriminated against. My mom worked 12 to 14 hour days to provide while he was fighting the system (and even after that, she continued working those hours just to pay for his medications). The arrogance and self-righteousness that these elected bureaucrats show will one day come back to haunt them.

   The real thieves are these politicians and government agencies who force people to have mandatory health care and deny treatment to people like me who suffer from chronic pain . Paying for health care I do not and will not receive . No doctor will take me as a patient because I have nerve damage . Those few who do still get pain managed are treated like criminals and have medical records handed out for all to see that you need an opioid for pain , so much for medical privacy laws .
