   Many people with ‘just’ causes never get a moment from Fox or NBC ABC CBS or CNN. Chronic Pain Patients owe a tremendous amount to Robert D. Rose Jr. God bless him!

   Based on the First Amendment to the United States Constitution:

   Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

   This is interpreted as – “The First Amendment protects the right to gather information about what public officials do on public property, and specifically, a right to record matters of public interest.” …

   There is no expectation of privacy in public places, such as streets, sidewalks, anything which you can see from the street or sidewalk, building entryways, public offices of official places.

   Robert speaks for all chronic pain patients and Veterans who are tapered from or denied pain medication. We don’t abuse or live for it. We live because of it and to have some quality of life.

     He is a hero in every sence .a worrior fighting for our rights and anyone suffering from painful incurable diseases.all vets and civilans deserve to live pain free with a quality of life n be able to function.they served thier country to have thier country neglect them.what have we become when we are allowing and enabling vets n civilians to suffer and die due to pain and suicides because of pain. Shame on you.thank you for fighting for our lives and rights…human rights and dignity..
