The manager of walgreens has been out with medical issues for a few months. He is the biggest PITA..Today sunday I go to pick up my meds and he & I say hello and I say one to pick up and made small talk. I told him that I was going into the hospital tuesday for a TKR and I asked him if he would need paperwork from hospital tomorrow after I go to my pain doc. HE LOOKS at me and says I don’t think I have your meds and ISNT it too early. I asked him if he even remembers what meds I take and when I was in the last time.REMEMBER he’s been out for months. He didn’t even remember my name(grin)
Already before anything he’s trying not to sell pain meds.
I just looked at him and said I will see you in the AM..
He will either fill or not…Might have to do the CRAWL
What a JOKE
Maybe if you are going to tell LIES… you need to reference the time frame from which you are referencing ?

Yeah was a joke. Seems like when pain meds are brought up, right away they don’t have them, or its too early. I’m so blessed to be basically grandfathered in the pharmacy i goto know. I drop off and wait 10 to 12 minutes for Oxycodone 15s and he would fill 30s like I had before. However they do not accept any new patients for a C2 narcotic drugs. If it’s Tylenol#3 or even a low dose of hydrocodone/Percocet from a hospital or like #30 to #60 tablets from a legitimate local primary care Dr written for a patient with acute pain that is only done if medically necessary. It is disgusting how pharmacist at large chains like Walgreens and God aweful CVS they should be ashamed of themselves for those who have stole, shot someone of a drug deal, or killed themselves because some jerk won’t fill a legitimate prescription for a patient who needs them. Even if they don’t look like they need or whatever, that is not for the pharmacy to decide, which is what many techs do, they block many pts from even getting to the pharmacist. Again, I’m blessed I haven’t pharmacy crawled in over 2 years. The owner of vthis mom n pop I goto told me upfront, as long as you bring every RX you get to me here everytime and fill nothing anywhere else no matter what, then I will always make sure your pain meds are filled. I took all my RXs there and have ever sence, and I have no problems. They are voted the number 1 pharmacy in my area the past 10years, and open for over 30. Go to your local mom and pops 1st, do not goto Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart…goto target or Publix last you may get filled, it a Wal-Mart. Better off with a small local pharmacy, build a rapport with the pharmacist and the techs, make friends if filled….good luck. Dpnt accept to be treated this way, tell the local one you find about your experience at the CVS, they will feel some compassion and see $$$ signs and should fill.
I had a dr named korley in florida that did nothing but lie, he didn’t like it when i called him out. dismised me as a patient. duh like i might be back for more lies. hmmmmmm who teaches these people???
