Misconception #5: Stress reduction techniques, such as mindfulness meditation, are a cure for chronic pain and illness.
Misconception #6: Being home all day is a dream lifestyle.

I suffer chronic pain every day, it cannot be seen, but have been told it shows in my face and eyes. I hate staying home daily, I would trade this pain to work anytime! No one truly understands unless they suffer as well. Now, I have to worry every month if I will get my meds or not, This is not a fun way to live, sometimes I wonder why I even wake up.
