  1. As I watched this video, I got angrier and angrier. Damn them for making us suffer!

  2. OMG!! I had one of these gems for a while but luckily it was much older than the ones they have now. I HATED IT. I was much slimmer then and it was very visible, being right under my skin. I don’t remember the year I got it but I had to go through major testing to see if I would be a good candidate for one. The testing took about FOUR HOURS and my husband and daughter were in the car waiting for me. There were a LOT of questions about my mental state and my memory. It was very invasive and I’m pretty sure I didn’t answer everything. Some things I just WON’T tell strangers!

I had my left hip replaced in December of 2013. Luckily the SCS had too much metal for me to have an MRI so I had to have it removed. THANK GOD. I don’t know if people like them but I sure didn’t! My legs already feel like they’re shaking inside and the SCS made it much stronger.

I sure hope some day pain meds come back and we get to LIVE because just existing at home is getting really old. Stop making us pay for the actions of others. Stop the Democide.

  3. Mine was a complete and utter failure! I had a perfect trial and when they asked me what percentage of my pain was gone I said 100%! The Doctor doing the final implant said “Oh we don’t really like to hear that. We’re never guaranteed to get things in the exact same spot again.” I should’ve walked away then, but my back pain was so awful and I had just had my Opioid meds stopped a month prior…I was desperate for anything to work. The Surgeon also told me that most likely due to my back issues I’d be on oral meds w/the scs for the rest of my life. All the SCS has done is caused pain where there never was before. I want it out, but I’ve heard that sometimes you can’t have the paddles removed once the scar tissue has taken hold.

Thanks for posting this info Steve!

  4. The staement is correct and I had one and taken out, I was sick of being electrocuted. Beware.
