   Someone has branded getting better and Opiates a ‘fault’ and “Fault Intolerance” is still firmly in place, so hurt are we all by 9/11.

   I agree that the addiction treatment industry is about the ONLY element of ANYTHING to do with opioid medication that is underegulated. Every other facet or agency of pain management with opioid medication is “regulating” patients to…….DEATH!!!!!!! My humble opinion as a REAL pain management patient for 23 years that has had NOTHING short of success, life, liberty and yes happiness with an approriate, personally tailored and monitored dosage of opioid medication for me ONLY, used as directed before the ENTIRE opioid medication collective regulatory, production and distribution agencies began causing furthered negative health issues, loss of employment, psychiatric issues of at least clinical depression, and the total unwilligness of the “experts” to ALL throw their hat in the ring without much or ANY concern for the previously WELL managed patients when opioid medications becaome the very LAST therapy for efficient pain managment. The psychiatrists claim they can treat un manageable pain with “their” therapy, the surgeons cut when it may not even be neccessary, big pharmacy needs MORE $$$$$ for research and development, the FDA MUST approve newer, better, more expensive pain managment therapies, the CDC has
   “THE” single answerfor both substance abuse.overdose. AND efficient pain management for tortured souls with their 2016 “guideline” for opioid prescribing physicians, HHS hides behind CDC even though they are supposd to be regulating CDC, and we are ALL drug addicts that have no self control over managing our lifetime, continuous pain. ROUND and ROUND we go all while documented, successfully treated (with opioid medication) patients are losing all ability to remain somewhat self reliant, our jobs, personal and real property, marriages, education $$$$$ for our childrens college, and last and evidently “least”………our lives through self termination due to intolerable pain levels we did not ask for in the first place. What a system!!!!!!!!!!
