U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn Delaney signed an inspection warrant last week, allowing Drug Enforcement Agency investigators to comb through records at the CVS Pharmacy located on West Main Street in Ripon, California
It is the same pharmacy where technician Michael Silva worked before Ripon police arrested him in July, following an internal CVS investigation.
“Their estimate was approximately 21,000 pills had been stolen by this employee,” Lt. Steve Merchant told KCRA 3.
