Wow..more or less makes it sound like your guilty and in need rehab as soon as you take that first prescribed pain pill. Regarding the second page..almost all of those fall under the duty of the “Qualifying Pharmacist” and that person should make sure everyone knows where the all the forms and invoices are filed for when the compliance officer walks in for an insepction.
