Dr. Kline is very good and knows the law. Knows that state laws on opioids are illegal because there are no Federal laws on opiod/opiate prescribing. The United Nations and World Health Organization charge the US with violating International treaties signed by imposing torture on its citizens and causing US citizens to fear their government in the same way as any others granted refugee status. The US escapes this by not having a Federal law. This is actually done often as in states allowing marijuana and medical marijuana, though Fererally it is illegal. States should be sued. There should be large protests that draw media attention and arrests. That’s the way things work in this country. No one ever changed laws by signing petitions. No one will do anything and now try to make it an “anti-Trump” issue, further dividing us. I have been denied adequate pain care long before Trump. In fact, he took three meetings to understand what this “opiod crisis” he inherited is. What did we do? Nothing. Why not? We weren’t invited is the best answer I could get. We really, really blew it by not protesting en mass and demanding to be heard along with the only ones who did show-families of drug overdoses and I don’t believe for one minute that they were legitimate pain patients, except for Christie’s friend, though he took an entire bottle, chased with a bottle of vodka. So Trump believes what he was told. Lies. I physically am unable to travel or protests, but everyone, including me can do something. I have volunteered to make signs with known suicides and start “Go Fund Me” accounts for bail money.
