  1. Trey Gowdy seems to be a for the people senator. I wish he was mine, as i have an 84year old woman who is out of touch. Trouble is she wants to run for another term. Scarey!

  2. UNBELIEVABLE!!

  3. Regulatory agency bureaucracy is such that the Head of an Agency has no power to take action in times of wrongdoing. When I hand carried and delivered a complaint letter to Florida Board of Pharmacy Executive Director Allison Dudley in April 2016, notifying her of the Unlawfulness of Walmart’s Opioid Mandate and it’s endangerment of Public Safety, she stated she personally could take no action to remediate the corporation’s violations of law. She is powerless to act even when wrongdoing exists. She didn’t even have the ability to open or direct someone to open an investigation into the wrongdoing. She told me O would have to follow “protocol” by starting with a web form complaint. I did so and the agency took no action; Walmart was allowed to act with impunity and continue to violate Florida law. Agency heads need full enforcement powers for oversight of its agents and the entities they are entrusted to oversee. Figureheads without teeth are useless.

  4. So who/what organization holds the DEA accountable? This is absolutely rediculous!
