Walgreen Asks 8th Circ. To Settle Tracking Suit Venue Feud

Walgreen Co. on Monday urged the Eighth Circuit to keep in federal court a proposed class action accusing the drugstore chain of surreptitiously installing tracking software on consumers’ computers, claiming it did enough to show that the dispute involves more than $5 million.
When I read this.. my only thought was … WTF ?
