  1. NO pharmacists WRITES an Rx ever. They FILL those written by licensed medical professional and/or compound some orders for Rxs from these Doctors for specific Rx’s such as hormones. This is NOT an accurate description of what occurred at Walgreens. It could be possible for someone to work under a FAKE license. Especially if they just FILLED orders all along and had basic medical knowledge to back up their deceit. I have NEVER needed to speak to the pharmacist but ONE time. That was to inform him I was allergic to the migraine medication–and to please note it in my electronic records. When I picked up my NEW medication—He had filled it with the OLD one once again. Only because I actually check out the generic NAMES of meds PRIOR to taking them, did I avoid the reaction–swelling of my mouth, tongue, and throat. The following week I was called–my medication for migraines had arrived–you can just GUESS what it was. This time I demanded to speak to the company OWNER. The man on the phone claimed to BE the owner–I recognized his VOICE–& told him so. As he attempted lie after lie—I informed him I would be calling Aetna–over the CHARGE for medications I never received— and California’s State Medical Board. He thought I was bluffing–until I let him know I HAVE the number on MY medical license. All those who are licensed medical professionals in my state–MUST carry a copy of their license. It is the same size as our divers license–laminated, and easy to slide in with the DL.

  2. I believe anything involving Walgreens. They employ Dumbass people.

  3. Um, since when do pharmacists write prescriptions? Shouldn’t this say “filled” prescriptions? Or if he was writing them, wouldn’t he be posing as a doctor?
Obviously, either way it’s a rather large problem
