York man suspended from practicing pharmacy

The state Board of Pharmacy said Matthew Crouse is unable to practice due to a physical or mental disease disability.
He was indefinitely suspended for no less than three years retroactive to Feb. 19, 2013, according to a news release.

Perhaps you should read the state report again. The suspension was stayed in favor of active probation. He is still allowed to practice pharmacy.

Did anyone read from the link below the main story (about medical records being found lying around a waste management facility)? Sure wouldn’t want to be a patient of the practice who discarded records in this manner.

Why does it say this at the bottom: “Anyone who suspects unlicensed activity by an individual or facility…”
I hate “news” articles like this, that leave you with more questions than answers.
Wonder how they found out and even so isn’t that an ADA violation if he was asking for accomodations at work and his employer then turned him into the board based on the information they were given???
