Imagine that .. medical errors cause 98,000 deaths.. that is 11 people/hour … 24/7/365… or to put it another way.. our healthcare system KILLS the equivalent of a PLANE FULL of people every day..
One has to wonder.. if MEDICAL ERRORS cause deaths.. why is the article focused on MEDICATION…
and imagine that people have a PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to be involved in their own medical care…
My experience.. not many pts have gotten that memo…
